My hair is my absolute favorite feature so I choose very carefully when looks for hair salons. I’ve been going to the same two stylists for over 20 years for this reason. However both my stylists live 6 hours away so it’s not always easy for me to get to them. Since I’ve lived in Platte City for 6 years now I thought ok I’ll just try somewhere new to me and I’ll check the reviews. I read great reviews on 858-hair. I call and make an appointment and they ask if I know what stylist I want…no I don’t because I’ve never been there before, so they just schedule me with who’s open. I get to my appointment and have to wait over 20 min because this young lady is having trouble fixing an elderly ladies hair. That should have been my first clue to leave. Finally she finishes and come gets me to sit in her chair. Now I have super long beautiful hair, that I’m crazy about. She asks what I would like and I tell her want I want and show her the length I want her to cut it. I ask her if she can cut into a v and she says yes. Please tell me why this girl cut my hair above my shoulders instead of the middle between my shoulder and elbow??? And the v was horrible. I was so upset I paid and left. When I got home my mother looked at it for me and told me it was horribly uneven. I had to wear my hair up in an ugly little bun for 2 months before I could make a six hour trip to my stylist to fix it. Horrible service and horrible hair stylist.
