Rachael is the absolute best! She has been doing my hair since she was a student at Paul Mitchell the School and I will never let another person touch my hair ever again. She’s done everything from color, highlights, to helping me blend my clip in extensions to my hair. Today I saw her because I had a bit of a mental breakdown and cut my own bangs on Wednesday. Instead of trying to fix them myself I knew I needed Rachael’s magic touch. Not only did fix my self inflicted bang mishap, she did a gorgeous full foil to bring life back to my blonde and gave my hair the healthy chop it’s been needing for months. If you’re looking out for a stylist that will take care of you and your hair, and that will be realistic with you about your hair goals, go see Rachael!

Critical: Quality, ValueI went back to 843 collective to see my hairstylist at the time, Heather, to get a second round for my balayage. I went back home and I thought my hair looked a little weird. The first picture is what I received after Heather did my balayage. I complained and was given the opportunity to get my hair redone by Rylie in the second picture is how it came out. I paid almost over 170 dollars for my balayage and that is what I received. I was very disappointed and the fact that I trusted someone with my hair and it’s still completely fried to this day. I am very thankful for Rylie and how great she did and fixing my hair to the best of her ability. Overall I am super disappointed that my hair is damaged and the quality I got for the price I paid. If you go to 843 Beauty, you will NOT be disappointed! Last week I came in to see Rachael to have my hair cut and see what she recommended. I have fine/thin hair that’s kinda wavy, I also have PCOS which has made my hair fall out for about 15 years. I already had an idea of what I wanted but just because you want your hair cut a certain way, doesn’t mean that it will always be flattering. When I sat down in her chair and told her that I didn’t want to do anything that will make my hair look even more thin, she knew EXACTLY what to do to achieve that. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, I couldn’t be more pleased with how it came out. She cut off all the dead hair at the end and gave me movement around my face. She also gave me product suggestions and wasn’t pushy at all on trying to upsell. My only regret is not coming in 3 years earlier when I moved here!
