Depending on the days, it’s not walk-in welcome. It changed since the last time I’ve been there. Appointments are needed for this place when wanting a haircut. I also payed with card here during my last haircut here, the barber already put in the tip when charging me; didn’t like that because i had cash for the tip, what was taken from my card detracted the budget.

I got a legit sick cut , he gave me the cut i asked for. Other barbers you ask for a taper and you get a fade, this guy knows his work. Definitely coming back. Price its good for the quality. I got their at 6 pm on a thursday no wait.

It’s been a long time since I sat in a chair and got a real haircut. Oscar took the time and care to give me a perfect cut; not like most other places where you get sheared and booted out. I thought the price was a bargain for the quality. The place is spacious, modern and clean. I’ll be back there for sure.

I’ve sat here for an hour. The doors says they open at 9:00am. The first employee didn’t show up until 9:10am, the 2nd at 9:20am. I’ve been waiting for over an hour now and they have yet to complete 2 hair cuts (1 in each chair). The 3rd employee is apparently not working today so he’s sitting here visiting with everyone who’s waiting. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this… I’ve never seen a barber work at this pace before. Painstakingly slow… if I wasn’t desperate for a haircut, I’d leave now. My recommendation – DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE – at 10:15am, some finally greeted me and said they could not cut my hair today. An hour and 25 minutes after arriving at the facility, they acknowledged my presence and told me they couldn’t help me. I would have been perfectly fine with that answer had they told me when I arrived. I’m not ok with that answer after waiting… I left, went to the barbershop on Firestone near Portos, was greeted promptly and had my head shaved and out the door within 20 minutes.
