Heather has been my stylist for about 4 years. I have been seeing her since she opened the doors at 7th Heaven. The salon is beautiful, a very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is very nice. I enjoy my day there very much when I go in for my hair appointment and will even get my toes done while there! I recommend this salon for everyone.

I always had a problem whenever someone cut my hair, just would never lay right, but now I see it’s because I was going to those cheapo places like Fantastic Sams. If you want a truly good quality haircut/color/style, you need to go where they are taking the time to find a style that is flattering on you. And, they know their stuff. Heather is the owner and is awesome! She used to cut my hair and then recommended one of her stylists Nichole – and she’s amazing as well. Wouldn’t ever think of going anywhere else. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed!

My daughter went in with pictures of how she wanted the color of hair and showed to stylist. She came out with nothing of what she wanted. So, I told her to say something but she said “it won’t matter, they won’t fix it and I don’t want complain”. Regardless, complaint was made and we have been texting back and forth for WEEKS now but to no avail. We read Sorry, I really want to give you the color you want BUT I am booked this week. OR I am trying to fit you in but can’t seem to find a spot. Customer Service here is poor and would NEVER recommend or go back to. Daughter is going to have to pay for someone to complete the color she wants but daughter was right the salon doesn’t care about the right thing but in making excuses……new stylist and misunderstanding both reasons for why the coloring was messed up. My oldest Daughter had to touch up the blotches and blend color on her hair just so she could go out in public….new stylist and misunderstanding NO EXCUSE! Poor Customer Service.
