I have been a licensed therapist since 2010 in the states of Idaho and Washington. I specialize in customizing massages based on the clients needs using deep tissue, myofascial, sports and swedish massage techniques. I also provide hot stone, and pregnancy massages. I enjoy focusing on specific areas that might be causing you a problem. Sessions are by appointment only and can be 60, 75, 90 & 120 minutes.

Massage Therapist
Body Treatments – Dry Scrubs or Head, Hands and Feet Dry Scrub: Treatment starts with a 30 minute invigorating scrub followed by a 60 or 90 minute massage. Head Hands & Feet: Focuses in on the three main areas of tension that are normally over looked. Exfoliation on feet. Hot oil used in scalp massage (optional)
Hot Stone – 60, 75, 90 & 120 minutes Experience the healing of basalt stones, warmed to bring you deep relaxation. The heat from the stones penetrates into tired sore muscles and bring immediate relief from tension. Increases circulation and assists in flushing toxins from the body.
Loyalty Card Packages Purchase therapeutic massages in groups of three or five.
Therapeutic Massage – 60, 75, 90 & 120 Minutes Massage is customized to the clients needs at time of appointment. This includes pressure and area being focused in on.
Therapeutic Massage – Student Massage Have an athlete or stressed out student in need of a massage? This massage will help them to stay at his or her top performance. For students age 14-18 with parents approval.
Wellness Program
Health Coach Work one on one with clients to improve their health through healthy eating.
