This place has no customer service, my nails were mishaped, I pointed out to the lady and she had such a nasty attitude towards me. Has she was fixing my nails, a young lady walks in for her eyebrows. She got up didn’t say excuse me and start helping this woman without washing her hands. I got up asked to pay for the fill and left. If your looking for one on one time and proper etiquette this is not the place.

This place may look clean but their practices are very unsanitary. I saw several employees using the same gloves on multiple people, going from scrubbing one customer’s feet to doing facial waxing on another customer without washing their hands and like another customer stated they get very Nasty when you call them out on this behavior. This is not how you treat customers. This is sick and nasty. Never again! The health department definitely needs to visit this establishment!

I’m disappointed in the job they did on my nails. I went to them last week and my nails are falling apart already. I went in to complain and they said there is nothing they can do to help me. Their customer service is horrible. French manicures

Took my 2 nieces and even they were disappointed. The pedicures were rushed, not enough nail polish. Could still see their actual nails through the white polish. One of them got their eyebrows waxed and she regretted it. One has a shape and the other doesn’t.

Also, a woman came in with her daughter and complained about the quality of her nails and they gave her an attitude and argued with her before fixing her nails. Also, a woman came in with her daughter and complained about the quality of her nails and they gave her an attitude and argued with her before fixing her nails. If I don’t like how my nail came out I ask them to re do it and they charge me extra because they have to re do it.
