Critical: ProfessionalismOmg don’t let the little old lady do your nails. It took her 1hr to try to do my fill. My daughter got a full set by Sonny. He was great. After the old lady was working on me for 1hr 1/2 then another lady comes up behind her and says something to her she gets up that lady attempts to finish the mess she created. After she tried to do them then I had to wait another 15min and Sonny called me over to fix them. He’s the only great one there. My 1 star review was for the little old Asian lady. She was horrible she shouldn’t even be doing nails. On my pinky nail she had did like 10coats of acrylic. Omg don’t let the little old lady do your nails. It took her 1hr to try to do my fill. My daughter got a full set by Sonny. He was great. After the old lady was working on me for 1hr 1/2 then another lady comes up behind her and says something to her she gets up that lady attempts to finish the mess she created. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I have been coming for almost 5 years and Amy, Tommy and Diana have been fun to get to know. Diana normally does my pedicure and does a great job but they are all ready good at mani/pedi’s. We enjoy chatting with them when we’re there, plus the price is reasonable and they do a great job. My daughter and I have been coming for almost 5 years and Amy, Tommy and Diana have been fun to get to know. Diana normally does my pedicure and does a great job but they are all ready good at mani/pedi’s. We enjoy chatting with them when we’re there, plus the price is reasonable and they do a great job. Critical: ProfessionalismRUDE! Oh did I say RUDE? Oh by the Way Rude! Not only Rude but totally unprofessional & sloppy, They were busy so I scheduled an appointment and still waited 30 minutes after appointment time. No acknowledgment, while I get the language barrier but having a conversation in their language withpeers throughout the whole nail fill process is just plain obnoxious. I did not get nail techs name but she appeared to be in charge. She cut my cuticles several times and wiped blood with same rag used under my hands. Went in on Thursday it’s Saturday my cuticles still but when washing dishes, in the past I’ve had them put an antiseptic on. No apology no nothing.
