My deep tissue massage with Martita was heavenly. My pain has been constant for months and nothing has given me any relief, until I came to Martita at Red Feather Healing. She also introduced me to Thai Stretching and Mobilization. Martita definitely knew what she was doing, I learned a lot from her about my body and have a completely different attitude and outlook about my body and future. It’s safe to say that I have received about every type of service she has offered: Deep Tissue the most, but have also had prenatal massage, hot stone, raindrop therapy, reiki, reiki massage, cupping, Thai table massage, you name it! Martita starts every session asking how you’ve been feeling, what kinds of activities you’ve been doing, and what specifically is bothering you. From there, she will make recommendations on areas of focus, but you can always share if there are areas you specifically want to focus on.Martita is really able to tune in to your body/mind/spirit and the results are amazing.
