With each technician having more than 15 years of experiences in the field. We strive for a clean, safe and healthy environment with healthy natural nails being our enthusiasm. We will open back on 06/01/2020 with maximum 3 customers each time. We will need time to properly disinfect “the whole salon” before and after each party by using UV-C lighting system (no human present while operating). Therefore, we ask that you always call/text ahead before your arrivals. We will try to accommodate “walk-in” as much as we can. Otherwise, you may have to wait in the car until we are ready. Thank you

This was the first time I went here. I was trying a new place due to moving it was easier and closer, the nails are ok, however they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I had my gel taken off from a previous manicure, and a full set with gel polish on and it came to $78! My go to place is Lexi Nails and Spa and I can go there and get my gel soaked off with a new set with gel and a pedicure for the same price. I have been getting my nails done now for about 10-15 years and Lexi has always been my go to. I guess its worth the drive to stick with them.

I scheduled an appt on Wednesday March 30th for a gel fill and pedi with gel. I arrived on time and my nails were started and prepared for polish but rather than complete one service, I was sent to the pedi chair…ok, I was ready to relax after a 10 hr work day, so I could do this….however, I was not afforded te ability to relax. The other woman came over and started to grab my hands to polish and turned off tge massage chair.i found this to be extremely rude, but whatever…my nails needed to be done. She said I pick good color for you and brought over a peach polish. I said. Ok…I’ll do a spring color and maybe spring will arrive. I reminded her that I wanted gel polish and was informed any polish could be gel when you top it with gel clear. Hmmm…I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and no one else did this, but ok…..so they finished my pedi and my nails as they twisted me like a pretzel in order to accommodate this. They charged an extra 20 dollars for the gel polish. I would have been fine with this if tgey actually used gel polish…on Sunday April 3, 3 of the nails peeled and the polish lifted in one piece leaving 3 unpolished nails. I messaged for a Monday appt but they are closed on Mondays so she made me an appt for Sunday. She apologized for this and blamed it on the nails not drying properly, not the fact that they charge for gel polish and use traditional OPI. She did remove the remaining nail polish. By the way two more nails lifted by the time that I arrived and redid the nails at no charge. On Wednesday April 7th, three nails lost their polish again. It lifted up, curled and peeled off like silicone or rubber. I was beyond frustrated. I have a gala Saturday April 9th. I did not want to attend with half of my nails painted. Thankfully there are many nail salons to choose. Please think twice before choosing 78 nails. They overcharge, underserve, and use substandard supplies while inappropriately overcharging. NEVER AGAIN 78. I will tell everyone I know to avoid you!!

I have been getting nails done for over 40 years and this definitely was not a good place to go to the staff was very unfriendly the service was horrible my nails were horrible and I spent $107 the lady barely did my pedicure I think I was in the chair 10 minutes and she was done I definitely will never go back again

Critical: Quality, ValueNot impressed at all and won’t be going back. Got a gel manicure and they soaked my hands in acetone for so long and then just pulled my old gel off. My hands were extremely dry at the end and they didn’t even cut/clean up my cuticles. I had to ask for lotion at the end too, it wasn’t offered like how other places do.Service: Manicure

I was there not even a week ago. The place was very clean. However, I had two techs working on my full set. My nails are mis-shaped, and they are already lifting. I’ve had my nails done many times, and never had them lift. I’m not exactly sure what step was forgotten. But I’m very upset at the fact they’re already lifting and I spent over $45 for my full set and tip.

I called at 12:30 pm and was told they could get me in for the same day at 1:30 pm. Arrived on time and was told it would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I was told again 5 more minutes. I left at 1:50. Why let me make an appointment an hour before that for 130 and then still let me sit there and wait for 20 minutes??!! Employees were not friendly. When I called to make the appointment it was 12:30 PM so you had to know if you were on time or running late then. Will never go back.
