The pictures explains everything and it sad because I like the shop I go there often, the tech was horrible I was brought to tears then when you complain the insult you with lies I have never been so disappointed two hrs for this and mind you they told me they put the hot stones and towels lotion and oil after the they polish yet another lie to correct the fact the tech did not do a deluxe pedicure, she cut my nails extremely short did no shaping no cuticle nothing then another lady came to fix the mistake and all she did was put more coats on top of the mess the lady made which is this results!
