We came in an hour before closing for an acrylic set and the workers rushed them. My nails are glued to the underside of my fingers, they’re uneven, and the bottom and sides are unrefined – to the point that the acrylic left on the underside completely fills the space under the nail. Additionally, some of the nails have bubbles on them and are slightly crooked.

This salon is dirty and unsanitary. Implements are used from customer to customer without being properly sterilized. Within 12 hours of my pedicure, my large toe on both feet where “in grown” nails were incorrectly removed, were both infected. Antibiotics to the rescue. Pedicure, Dip powder
