Critical: ProfessionalismMade my appointment thru online booking three weeks ago for September 18, at 1:00. I received an email on Friday, September 17 at 1:03pm confirming my appointment for the next day.This morning at 10:31am, I received an email from the Lash Bar cancelling my appointment. No reason was given as to why this appointment was cancelled. The cancellation email stated if there were any concerns to call or email back. I did both. The call was unanswered and no voicemail was left as they did not have that setup on the phone. I also emailed back asking for clarification on why my appointment was cancelled and as of this writing have still not received clarification. This was my first time booking with this vendor.
