7 wonders Aveda in Spokane Valley, I had super high hopes today. I schedule this a week in advance and made sure to pick the right person for me. My appointment time was at 11:30 am to avoid running into trouble with having to go get the kids or going to work etc. The stylist came out at 11:30 saying she would be about another little bit til about 12:00 but definitely not longer then til 12:15 so we left to go do some things and came back at noon. We were still waiting at 12:43 and no one said anything. So I went to the desk and saw that she had continued with the same person but was so far away from being done and I just almost was in tears. I’ve been having massive migraine due to the weight of my hair and because it’s curly have had issues. That stylist was picked for these reasons. I politely told the woman at the front that I was so hurt and disappointed but that we had to leave. The stylist saw me and just kind of apologized but didn’t stop her work just said it and moved on. I’m in tears now unable to hold back. This was a horrible way to treat a client. New or established… do better! This was so disappointing So no hair cut.

I had the most amazing massage this past weekend by Shenette! It was my first time at 7 wonders salon and it definitely won’t be my last. The salon was clean and the staff was very welcoming! I don’t get massages often but as a stay at home mama I definitely need it to treat myself more often. Thanks Shenette and thank you to Ann the salon owner!❤️

It was nice, but… My friend had a hot stone massage for 1 hour 105 dollars, and was never offered a drink of water, nothing, I had a nice pedicure, but, she never massaged my legs and I paid 50 bucks for it . Probably will not go back.

Went in for highlights and low lights. None of my color took. Not the blonde or burgundy. I left with my hair looking worse than my grow out when I came in and still charged me over $200. Very very disappointing Hair highlighting

I came here with needing my hair to be corrected bc the previous stylist from Idaho messed up my hair completely. And this place was so nice, welcoming and willing to help me in my worst situation. Gabby did a fabulous job with making my hair finally the way I wanted it to be! She did such a wonderful job! It was so fun, she was so nice and caring! And the rest of the stylists were so kind too! This is the best place I’ve ever been! They’ll make sure it’s the way you like it and fully satisfied! Thank you so much Gabby!

Hated it from the second she was done and was told that she would fix it if I still didn’t like it. When I called to ask to have it fixed, I was told no. She lied and said I brought a different picture of what I wanted and that’s exactly what she did. I did NOT spend $410 to have my hair look like a basic bleach job with the roots grown out. I will NEVER go back and wouldn’t recommend taking your dog here for a shampoo. Now I have to pay another $400, a week and a half after paying them, to have it redone by someone that actually cares about their clients
