Looking for my new go-to for pedicures and I found the spot! 7 Nails & Spa was a great experience. They have comfortable, new pedicure chairs and there was no wait when I arrived for my appointment. I highly recommend Li for an exceptional spa pedicure at a reasonable price! It’s been two weeks and still looks great!

The technicians are very nice and I’ve had my toes done here a few times, but won’t be getting my nails done here again. Came recently to get my acrylics taken off and my natural nails cleaned up. The technician pried them off with a fake nail which hurt and was incredibly uncomfortable, but then also left bits of gel and acrylic all over my nails and didn’t take everything off. I was surprised when she told me I was done since it seemed half done at best. The salon was pretty empty and it didn’t seem like they were busy, but maybe it was an off day. That said, I think it’d be a good idea to reconsider how technicians here are told to take acrylics off because prying and forcing them off is not a fun experience.

This was my first visit, but it will certainly not be my last! They were able to accommodate a last minute spa mani/pedi, and Cindy was my technician. Everyone was incredibly nice, and Cindy was so fantastic. I work a lot on my feet, and enjoyed every single second of the intense pampering I received! This is definitely going to be my new go-to spot.

Personally it feels like the staff is more focused of tips than the quality of the work they do. Not to mention when they ask you for your opinion of their work, if you say no they just force and keep talking about their side until you give up and just pay to leave. There isn’t a lot of consistency in the quality. The first couple times was great and the few times after that they were slacking and now I am not sure if it’s worth the time or the money.

This was okay. Good service but hard to communicate with the staff. My friend wanted dip on her nails but after trying multiple times, she was still asked to get gel nails. Not sure if I would visit again.

If I make an appointment I want to KEEP my appointment, nor be told to ‘come back tomorrow’ or ‘come back later which has been done multiple times. I’ve dealt with multiple texts, but 2 are excellent, but a nail popped off with this last go 9d getting my nails done. 3 stars until service improves. I had a very good experience at this salon. Great spot to visit right by Dulles airport if you need to fix your nails before or after a flight. They were able to make an appointment the same day. They were kind and courteous when I walked in. I also felt the environment was very clean with a thick plexiglass barrier between me and the nail technician. I would definitely recommend them for SNS polish. The nail tech also gave a good hand massage at the end. It was $45. I never like paying more than $45 for dip. If I lived closer I would definitely go again.
