Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband bought me a gift certificate for here and this is the last place I want to go. Went there once and had an awful experience. The man is rude and not professional. They do horrible nails and pedicures. I asked nicely if it can be refunded and without hesitation he said no the owner said before he left for his vacation he won’t refund them and then hung up on me. If I didn’t want to go there before I definitely don’t now. I called back and them he argued with me. I kept asking when he’d be back from vacation and he kept asking who!? Seriously!? My husband bought me a gift certificate for here and this is the last place I want to go. Went there once and had an awful experience. The man is rude and not professional. They do horrible nails and pedicures. I took my boyfriend out for a treat. (On his feet all day long) He was extremely pleased with his pedicure. The young lady spent an hr and half on him and did a massage that left him feeling relaxed.

The girl Tracy does a wonderful job with nails and I thought she was going to do mines but then a man that worked there came in and started doing my nails. He was very rough with my nails and filed too much of the nails off. He also filed my real nails too low almost to the skin. I left unsatisfied and with sore nails. I don’t recommend this place.

Don’t go!! The mani/pedi was done so poorly I still have ridges on my nails, the water was cold, that I soaked in my hand ,no arm massage . The classic pedi for 25.00 was basically color change!! Just save your money …. I could have done better my self at home
