I have been going to this spa for almost 7 years now. I used to work a few blocks away so it was convenient, but there is a reason why I still go there, even though I work in Fairfax, VA now. To echo another review I’ve read, it is a no-frills place that provides you with EXACTLY why most of us go to get a massage – to relax and to get the kinks and aches worked out from our muscles. This spa is CLEAN and they do this at the most REASONABLE of PRICES and they do it CONSISTENTLY. I have gotten massages at some very upscale places for double the price and have been disappointed that my body does not feel the way it feels after a massage at 7 Day Spa. My body always feels still and quiet each time I leave here. And I know it’s because I no longer feel the aches and pains I was feeling when I walked in.

Phenomenal experience. Upper back was really tight so made an appointment for the same day. Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Seen promptly. Facility is exceptionally clean. Jenny did my massage– she was highly skilled, professional, and the kind. As others have said, no frills but if you want a high quality, thorough, and effective massage, look no further. I will be back, and highly recommend you check it out.

My husband and I went for a couples massage 8/6 and our experience was great. We are not familiar with the area and didn’t know where to park so my husband pull in front of the spa while I went inside to let them know we were here, just looking for parking.. The gentlemen inside was so nice and walked us to the free customers parking in the back of the building. (LOVED IT) The place was clean and smelled good. Our session was very peaceful. My husband is a truck driver and sometimes have to pull heavy freight so a deep tissue was best for him as for me I rather my massages to be soft. It was kinda hard explaining that to the lady bc they don’t really spoke much English there so I did have to tuff out a few hard rubs but it was ok. THE PRICES WERE ALMAZING the best I’ve seen for a couples massage in Maryland. When in area we will turn.

Crazy place. Lots of noise – loud voices, beeping, thumping, people running up and down stairs, and a chaotic environment. Part of my massage was terrible, but they may actually have fixed my back. Not sure if I should go again.
