The reviews are what prompted me to drop by, so i was very excited to finally have found a place to do my nails, and close to home…but quality of nails was waaaay less than what i hoped for, and for what i paid! i got a no-chip mani and regular pedi, done by 2 different people and it was messy either way, i decided to not leave a tip, because regardless of me not being happy with my nails, they still get paid…the lady cashing me out QUESTIONED me in a very arrogant way…. she said “2 different people did your nails and you are not leaving a tip?” I was in complete shock…im just very disappointed and will never return here.

This place is the best! The owners name is Aide, she used to work with me in Chicago, she did my nails for nearly 5 years. Even though I can get my nails done on my lunch break at work, I’d rather drive to 7 DAY Spa on my day off because no one does nails better than Aide! She always does my no chip manicure and it always looks absolutely perfect! I also have one of her other employees do my pedicures and they do a great job as well. Everything is so fairly priced and it’s just a great atmosphere. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to the 7 Day Spa in Westchester for several years. I have been generally pleased with my pedicures. Over this entire period the time that it takes for a pedicure has shortened considerably. This occurs even though there are not people waiting for their turn. While a basic pedicure does not need a very lengthy time frame it does require some attention to detail. I am sorry to say this need for attention has slipped. It culminated today when, after telling the technician that I did not want her to do anything re an ingrown toenail, she poked and probed anyway. The result is that she cut my toe and it started to bleed. I decided to leave at this point, refused to have them put anything on the affected area, and listened to two techs tell my toe was not bleeding g even though the opposite was obvious.
