Nice salon. Unfortunately, after trying this place a handful of times over the past few years the service is way too random. I always go in with my nails trimmed really short because I like them short. I always express that the main thing I’m looking for is focus on my cuticles. This past weekend I paid the $20 and a $7 tip. I actually re-trimmed them that same night after taking a shower because they were done so poorly. The tech who did my VERY BASIC manicure was done within 10-15 minutes. I am done asking this place for a simple manicure done well.

I have been twice before with no issues. Today I had an appointment with a friend for a pedicure right when they opened at 11am, but I woke up sick (husband got covid last week and I woke up with it today) so I called at 8am and left a message that I apologized but I would need to reschedule both appts. I received a call from the salon at 11:04am asking if I was coming in, to which I replied that I had left a message early this morning to cancel due to being sick and the woman hung up on me. I called back, they picked up and hung up on me again. I was so disappointed – I will not be back nor will I recommend them to anyone. It made me feel terrible over something i could not control. Terrible terrible customer service.

First pedicure was great. Second and 3rd I paid extra for my heals and they still weren’t done well. Came for acrylic nails 5 days later 3 broke. Went back for them to get fixed again a few days later 3 of the same nails broke then another one today.

I went here a few times. The last time I went, some green spots started showing up under my nails (this has never happened to me and I have had acrylics on many times). I went back and the person who did them told me at first she didn’t put on my first set (which I told her she did), and then she tried to say that she saw the green last time so it was already there. Which is wasn’t as I would freak out if I saw that. I won’t go back. They reuse nail files and don’t clean their tools properly obviously if I got fungal growth from there.

I lived in the apartments behind the salon, I loved going here for their discounted pedicures. Nail work wasn’t always the best in the beginning but night and day difference between 1st visit and my last, to the point where I could consider it some of the best work I’ve seen. I love supporting local businesses and seeing that they’re expanding their knowledge and growing made me super happy. But the last few times I’ve come in, they said they don’t have time. Which is fair, it’s 5pm on a weekday. But they had several techs sitting around doing nothing. After the first few times of being denied service, I tried calling to schedule an appointment after being denied and they said “can you come right now? No wait” which I though was suspicious. If they didn’t want to serve me anymore, they could’ve just said that in the first place.

Will never go to this nail salon again they gave me this guy to do my Mani Pedi and he was rude and rough giving me my pedicure then when he was giving me my manicure there was a little dog in the salon that belong to one of the workers and they were more worried about the dog then doing my manicure then as he’s clipping my cuticles and the dry skin he reached and cut a piece of skin off his own finger then tried to go back and clip finish my manicure. The amount of money I paid in there that was the worst manicure pedicure I have ever gotten from them and I will never go there again if you ever go to that location don’t ever have that man do your manicure pedicure or whatever service you’re getting

Everyone is very nice which is great, but their manicures are not. My gel manicure chipped terribly the day after I got them done and I gave their dip powder a shot, and that is awful too. They have little cracks running through out them and cracked 2 days after I got them. Both times I’ve gone, the color I choose is mislabeled so they try giving me a color that isn’t the same as the sample nail. Not coming back ://

I have been to this nail salon a few times and liked it very much. However today I went in (did not have an appointment) and the woman working was very rude and unprofessional. She did not look up from what she was doing, and answered my question with rude tone “we don’t have time.” No apology, no offer to make an appointment for later, nothing. I will not go back. It doesn’t matter how good they are if they’re that rude.
