The massage overall was good BUT here is why I’m rating this low and will not be returning. I called them and asked them how much it would be for the service I want, which they told me it would be $45. Once I got there they kept telling me $60. (even though the sign also said $45). I didn’t want to argue so I just said OK fine. Then they told me I would have to pay before I even got massaged. I am also in the beauty industry, and do services and would not have a client play before, but whatever that was their policy so I paid. The thing that annoyed me the most is that I tipped the lady $7 because you also need to tip BEFORE your massage! If she was good, I was going to give her some more cash at the end like it’s suppose to be. I laid down for my massage and they came hassling me to take more saying that there was a minimum 20% tip… All they care about is money it seems! They would be more successful If the owner didn’t hassle the customer this much.

Was in desperate need of a massage, as my muscles had revolted against me and were tighter than I thought possible. Found this place on Google … holy cow. Amazing! While it wasn’t the targeted treatment of a single problem area (what I’m more used to), they worked out knots I didn’t realize were in my back. Overall, my back and neck feel a lot better the environment was calming. If you’re looking for the über relaxing (quiet, dark, private, slow movements) and targeted problem relief, this might not be your cup of tea; however, I’d recommend giving it a go. It was like stretching, reflexology, and getting a massage all in one, for a reasonable price too…well worth it! Will definitely be returning.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismPlease don’t waste your trip. I saw on their website that 1st time customers can get a 1 hour massage for $45. I called and made an appointment. I told her I saw the promotion and she confirmed $45 was the price. I got to the place and told him I just called and I was a first time customer looking to use the promotion on their website. He told me that’s old and they no longer does that. He kept changing the story about why it’s no longer $45 over a 10 minute conversation. I let him know the person on the phone confirmed it was $45 and he acted like he didn’t understand. The woman working there just kept talking about me in another language and switching toEnglish to yell at me that was the old price. I asked her why she confirmed $45 on the phone and she would just yell in another language. I ended up just leaving and they chased me out the door saying fine $45 come back. Very clean, affordable, and kind massage therapist. I got a deep tissue massage with hot stone for an hour and upgraded to 90 minute. Jenny was very strong and thorough. I have been getting therapy from Jenny for many years. She is a wonderful therapist and helps me greatly with lower back, shoulder and leg issues. I can easily overlook the fact that there are no private rooms due to the quality of care I receive. I do tip well because she deserves it. I recommend this massage business highly.

Very rude staff. I was a 1st time customer and made an appointment in advance. When i got there they tried to tell me i look familiar and i am not a 1st time customer. The massage was not good and i still tipped over 15 percent. The woman counted the tip in front of me and said it wasnt enough lol. I didnt even get a thank you. Then when i walked away she said “you’re not a 1st time customer anyway.” I will not be coming back. Terrible customer service and ungrateful staff.
