I love the workers in this business, especially Aden and Tina! They are people friendly and they have very attentive to their customers. They figure out your style and pick out the artistic design and colors that fits you personally. Come visit this nail salon and you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommended them. Went today to get a full set of coffin shaped acrylic nails. The woman doing my nails was extremely rough on my nails and as she was filing my nails at the end she gouged a chunk out of my finger. The shape isn’t anywhere close to a coffin shape and I was still made to pay full price even though she made me bleed. If you’re going to charge more for a shaped nail then at least make sure it’s right, and be careful not to hurt your clients. Do not recommend going there. This is my second experience and both were awful.

I usually don’t leave reviews however I felt this one was definitely certainly needed. It was my first time going there my girlfriend took me there today August 30 and one of the older ladies was very rough with my nails, and it was hurting. I asked if I can get someone else she ignored me until I asked for the fifth time then they said no my girlfriend asked the manager or the guy that works there who ever and he said yes. I requested that I wanted acrylic only for the design that I wanted the new lady that was doing my nails said that she could only do acrylic underneath and gel on top when I was trying to explain to her more she was ignoring me and doing what she wanted I left with my nails being very bumpy and not filed down correctly. Everything is a charge. I wanted clear nail tips it’s a charge, I’ve never spent $100 on my nails alone. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place, if I could give zero stars I would!!!

First of all the atmosphere in this shop is embarrassing. The second you walk in, the staff is glaring, looking you up n down n very obviously will start talking about you. They’re so rude when doing your nails and will try to convince you to do your nails a way you never asked for or wanted. When you tell them no that’s not what you want they get progressively ruder & very rough with your nails. Adan is amongst one of the worst and does an absolutely TERRIBLE job. And lord forbid you go to a different tech than him. If you’re looking for good work, nice nails, and customer service, do NOT go here. I promise they don’t care about you or your nails they just want their money.

I go here all the time. I usually don’t have a problem with the younger workers. But I have gotten the older gentlemen the last 2 times I have went in there to get a full set and he does not do a very good job and I have told him repeatedly what I want and then when I bring up that he is doing it wrong he gets very rude and frustrated with you.. I know I’m not the only one because I have been in there before when one of the ladies were doing my nails, and another lady came in and they try to sit her in his chair and she said no and refused. I’m sure he is a nice guy but he shouldn’t be doing nails.

I went to this location in the summer on a limb since the place I normally go was booked and I received a pedi and dip set. My service was pretty good! I got a young gentleman who was so nice and did a great job on my dip. He was able to do an amazing 3D flower and my set lasted for about three weeks.

EDIT: I have went back three times now and I have to say my old review is not relevant anymore. They are so nice, always work me in, have the best pedicures, and I have now had dip powder done twice and they always try and attempt with excellence any design I show them!
