The salon has a nice and welcoming vibe and the lady who did my hair was very friendly however the service I received was much below my expectations. I went there for highlights and what I first got after wash was basically my own hair color very very dark brown. So basically no change whatsoever. Then she had to add some product to my hair to remove the dark toner. It worked a little bit and she told me after a few wash you will see the results. Here I am after almost 3 weeks and I still can barely see any highlights in my hair. She took very few and small sections in my hair to bleach and when blending with the rest of the hair it doesn’t show anything. So basically I spent over 200 dollars to get nothing.Considering the amount of money they charged me I can’t give more than one star. I’m very disappointed.

My texture is from about 3b-4a depending on the section of my scalp, and Brooke did an excellent job. I’d visit again based on that experience. Earlier this year I had a great blowout and style experience with Brooke. I was not sure whether any of the stylists would be able to handle ‘textured’ hair. My texture is from about 3b-4a depending on the section of my scalp, and Brooke did an excellent job. I’d visit again based on that experience. Plus the salon was bright and beautifully decorated and the floor manager was very kind as well.

I paid for just an updo and a blow out. The women who did it said to humid for a blow out so she would just blow dry and put in updo. Blow dry was ok but could have been not been more dissatisfied with updo. I do not believe that stylist knew how to braid or do an updo. I specifically told her I had a wedding at 5pm that day and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. What she did fell out before the wedding and curl did not hold. Paid over 120 for a terrible hair style. Very frizzy, very undone, very slopped together…would NOT recommend getting an updo here before an important event!!!

I’ve frequented all three 6 salon locations for the last decade and have never had an unpleasant experience. Cut, color, highlights, Brazilian blowouts, updo’s, makeup, they never miss.
