So as I first arrived I signed in and talked to the lady at the counter, she asked about the service I would be getting and told me to pick out my colors, etc. I wait for about 10 minutes and the lady that did my nails was originally sleeping in a pedicure chair. She takes me to her station, and we got a nail shape down. After that she asked what I wanted to do etc and told me she can’t do designs. I was asking for designs from the rip so I don’t know why she took me. I would have been happy waiting on another nail tech that could do designs rather than being told they can’t do what I want done. I paid 40$ for them to scoff at me and give me next to no instructions when it came to drying my nails, etc. the nail dryer is all the way at the front and the acrylic section of the store is almost all the way in the back. I won’t return to this sorry excuse of a salon. My nails are all janky and not done well at all.

Best nail salon i have been to in years!! They care about the health of your nails and do things the way it should be done. Ly was great, fast but no short cuts and did exactly what I asked. I had a gel manicure and it literally looked like it was lacquer polish. An hombre design that was thin and natural w no lumps!! You have a loyal customer here, I will be back!

I visited this nail salon for the first time today and was so impressed! I was cheerfully greeted, signed in, and taken back within 5 minutes of arriving. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I received a gel polish change on my toes and a dip manicure with a nail design. Kaydee was so sweet, efficient, and gave me beautiful nails and toenails! I will definitely be going back to see her! The salon was beautiful and clean.

I was on vacation so my daughter & I decided to to get our nails done at this facility! No warm welcome also no one didn’t really speak to us! We Felt very uncomfortable! I get my nails done every month & I never had this experience ! This place was not enjoyably at all for $85 dollars!

I thought this place was quite nice. However, the service wasn’t so great. First, as soon as I walked in, there is no warm welcome. The receptionist or the owner have no manner or not so much great customer service. I got manicure and pedicure. Loved the pedicure. But the manicure was okay. It does seem like they don’t pay attention to details. Let’s just say It wasn’t the best manicure i’ve ever had. It seems like they just want your money and want you out. It doesn’t matter whether you want to come back or not. Not very pleasant. Secondly, they asked me to pick a color but the color required multiple layers which I wasn’t communicated at all. Then, they charged an additional design fee for it. I just wish I was told about it. Definitely not coming back.
