This is my second time using this shop the first time I got a full set acrylic pink and white and it was a good experience. I went in for a fill and I was asked if I wanted a gel polish or regular there was a $10 difference and I said I guess I’ll do the gel because I’ve never had it he pointed to the wall and said pick a color I said can I see the cat eye on the plastic nails To see what the color look like dry he showed me I looked at the colors picked one out from the wall of gel colors and proceeded to get my nails done the Fill does not go all the way to the cuticle And upon checking out I was told that my gel color would charge me $60 which is $10 more than I was supposed to have had I explained no one told me that the cat Eye color would be an additional charge. I was then told maybe he forgot to tell you that’s not my fault it’s not that I mind paying the additional $10 upfront if I was told but I wasn’t and I only budgeted for the Fill and the $10 gel charge. Another gentleman came up front I explain the situation he said I’m sorry and I said you’re sorry but you’ve already charged me and I really wanted to make this place my regular place to go nothing was done. I left did the review on the app was told to contact the store but shouldn’t have been handled when it happened instead of me having to contact the store afterwards or make a Google review? Really disappointing because the nail art was really nice for the other customers I looked at and I enjoyed my first experience consistency and quality need to go hand-in-hand .

Worst. Pedicure. Ever. When I was asked which pedicure service I wanted, the nail tech laughed when I said I just wanted the regular. Once the service began, he started aggressively clipping and actually ripping my nails out of my nail beds, causing them to all bleed. To top it all off, the gel nail polish was smudged on every other nail. It was the worst pain I have ever felt from what was supposed to be a “relaxing” nail service. I am incredibly disappointed in this business, and I’m even worried my nails will be infected later. I will never be going back.

Thomas is the fastest and the most precise nail tech I’ve ever had! I had the Volcano Pedicure today by Kevin! Absolutely awesome! Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Went to bring me and my daughter for a pedicure and manicure. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The guy took 2 hours to do my “regular” pedicure!!! And that’s not including the wait time. He took forever to paint my nails and didn’t even do what I asked for which was glitter over black polish. Simple. I wanted to also get my nails done too but unfortunately it took 2 hours for my feet which is insane. They were NOT busy either. There was bugs on the floor and it was awful. I’ll never be back.

Critical: Quality, ValueInstagram v. Reality…I’m new to the area. This was my first try at a spring hill nail salon. Sadly, this salon is NOT it. There are pictures of lots of designs on their website, so I didn’t think my choice of design would be complicated to execute. Clearly this was not the case. My friend’s nails also had the gel stuck to her fingers and cracking on the sides already. They messed up her base coat and then applied FOUR coats before the tips were painted. Consequently, they are extremely thick.And finally, their website says $25 for gel polish. They charged $40 plus $10 for the design.For the future, if you are nail technician and can’t do the design a client asks for – just tell them!!
