I’ve never felt so uncomfortable while getting my nails done. Me, my mom, and sister had appointments scheduled for 1 o’clock, and we even arrived early. I was skipped when another customer walked in who also had an appointment scheduled for 1, and I watched her be seated while I was still waiting. I told my nail technician I wanted long nails, not too crazy long, but definitely not short at all. I showed her the length I wanted and she then proceeded to cut each nail very short, without ever asking me if the length was okay. When she finished cutting the acrylics, she still didn’t ask if the length was good, so I told her I wanted longer nails, these were to short and not what I asked for. She then told me that I have to pay for longer nails, if she wanted me to remove the short ones she just cut. I think it’s ridiculous that I had to pay to get the nails removed, when she didn’t cut them long the first time, like I requested. Mistakes happen, however I should not have had to pay for her mistake. After the short nails soaked off, her attitude with me completely changed, she would not speak to me, or even look at me, and I’ve never felt pain before while getting my nails done, until today. She was going so fast that the tool actually burned my skin from where she was rushing and clearly unhappy with me, because of her mistake. I paid for what she wanted me to, so I’m not sure why she had a bad attitude with me, when it wasn’t like she was fixing it for free. I was also informed that there is a $5 extra charge for getting different shaped nails, which I’ve never seen before, but I also paid for that extra fee. With all the unnecessary extra charges and rude nail technician, me, my mom, and sister will not be returning. I will also inform others of the treatment they will receive here and urge them to find a more affordable, friendly nail salon. All in all, your nails will turn out pretty good, it’s just a matter of if you can handle the rude employee, outrageous pricing, and nail bed pain/ tearing. My real nails are on fire right now!

Was my first time going today and so far I like it. The two ladies who waited on me were very nice. And the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because she actually took away just a tad to much from the cuticle and I don’t like that never have! I like for it to go all the way to the cuticle that’s the only way it looks right! Other than that I’m satisfied with them so far. Will update on fill-in.

Recently moved here a few months ago and have been looking for a place for a great pedicure for a while now. Not only did this establishment beat everyone hands down, it was reasonably priced compared to where I’ve been, and everyone was so pleasant. My husband actually was impressed as well with the service we received. Will definitely come back.

The clear acrylic is super bubbly, there is one nail that had a piece fall in while she was doing my nails and she left it. My nails were rushed and the technician did not care. The price was way to much for the outcome. Acrylic nails

My grown daughter and I went in for some fun girl time. I had been doing a lot of painting and working in chemicals so I wanted a manicure to repair some damage to my hands. We both got 2nd level pedicures. When I did not show any interest in getting gel polish and mentioned living in next town over, my tech stopped talking to me and starting skipping steps. I had just sat and watched what they did for my daughter and she took half the time and skipped two steps. My daughters nails looked good but both of us still had rough heals. My manicure was little more than a polish. My cuticles were still rough and my hands were not soft. I know polish just doesn’t last long but my fingers were chipped bad within 24 hours, without me doing dishes or other paint chipping work. This was $150.00 and not worth the cost for the service we received. Will not return and do not recommend.

Thought I liked this place then figured out that they don’t know how to file nails. I use the dip powder on my natural nails and they almost took off my whole nail on a couple of fingers will never go again. They are always rushing and have hurt me several times. Please do not go there Dip powder

After 25 mins after our appointment time, my daughter got her pedicure and I was informed they were short staffed and would do my pedicure after hers. The pedicure itself was great. I want to state two things, to begin with. First, I had an earbud in my ear while listening to a book and I was wrong with the shape I wanted my nails. I stated I wanted my nails to be between square and oval, which apparently is the wrong thing to say since my technician started making my pinky nail pointy before I noticed what she was doing. What I really wanted was square nails with the edges softened. I had finally managed to grow my nails pretty long (literally 1 inch long passed my finger) but needed them cut down for work and if she cut it down even farther to fix it, my pointy nail would end up pretty short. Now I didn’t yell or make a scene but I did express that was not what I wanted. Another lady came by and told me she would finish up my nails. I am guessing she was the owner (part owner, co-owner?). The new technician gave me an acrylic nail for my pinky so I could keep the length of the rest of my nails (awesome!!). Before she was going to start the dipping process, I asked her if she would push back my cuticles. She refused but said I could do it and left the table while I pushed back my cuticles. Finally returning she asked where I had gotten my dipped nails done before and I told her in Hendersonville. She then asked me why I didn’t return there and I said because I wasn’t going to Hendersonville and I wanted to find a local place to get my nails done. She told me that I should have gone there. That was pretty rude. Then when the color that I picked out, wasn’t as dark of a color as I thought it was, I asked if they would get darker and she just ignored me. She was constantly talking in her native language, which normally I don’t mind, but this time I was definitely getting the feeling that she was talking about me the whole time. When she finally finished, I was very happy with the shape of my nails, not thrilled about the color (just not dark enough for me), and very unhappy with the rude attitude she gave me that was very unprofessional. I was never even offered anything to drink, i.e. bottled water. I did, however, left her a $10 tip for the $50 service. I don’t believe I will be back.
