Tracy is my nail technician and I have been a loyal customer since I was 15, let’s just round up and say over 15 years now of going to Tracy. She is amazing at what she does and remembers details about how I like my nails always. Tracy has moved a few times since I’ve been with her and the 5th Nail Lounge is super clean a complete upgrade from previous places and there is always someone there to greet you, they truly like to make things right by the customers.

It’s one word for me “Lam”. He is amazing. His attention to detail, your toenails look sculpted when he is done and last but not least is the massage… You know you’ve had one when he’s finished the shop is clean and modern.

While the staff was friendly, I feel like I was an afterthought. No real foot massage. No asking what add ons or if I’d like an upgraded pedicure. Nothing. If they’d have told me they were pressed for time and that was what was available I’d have been fine with that. But there was no communication on that front. I was looking forward to all the little luxuries that come with getting a pedicure and instead I got the tail end of someone else’s lotion packet and a 30 second foot rub.

Clean. Friendly & relaxing atmosphere. Lam, (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) has done my acrylics twice and I absolutely love them. They are perfectly shaped, look and feel natural. With my Pedi he is gentle and did a wonderful job.

Second time coming and I love it! It has been 3 weeks since I first got my full set done and the only reason I came was because of the nail growth that showed because my nails weren’t wiggly nor loose. My feet have never been THIS soft after a pedicure! Very clean and professional also.
