Very disappointed. I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close but I was not impressed at all. First of all, they charge to remove your existing dip and the polish on top of their already high prices. The lady that did my nails cut one of my cuticles and hurt me with the nail grinder device several times. During the callus removal part of my pedicure, she was too rough and made me jump in pain when she hit a tender spot. After all that and the extremely expensive bill (like $35 more than I pay anywhere else), one of my dip nails broke after only 2 days.

I made an appt @10 on a Saturday to get a pedicure before vacation. I was seen @10:30, and she rushed through my pedicure to get it done and over with. Start to finish was 30 mins long. 2 days into my $55 gel pedicure, both my big toes chipped. Very disappointing considering this was one of the most expensive pedicures I’ve ever had and they didn’t even make it through my week long vacation. The only reason I do gel on my toes is because it usually lasts around 2 months. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back.
