I’ve been coming here for awhile now and most of the girls are pleasant to work with but one girl is terrible. I watched her look me up and down as I walked in and say nothing. But the last straw was when I came in the other day for a fill and she was my technician. She was rude. She kept hitting the skin as she was buffing my nails and even though I told her about it, she didn’t apologize or even look at me. She just kept doing her job. Then she kept grabbing my finger roughly and twisting them as if she was trying to break them. So I held my tongue and did not tip her. Throughout her doing my nails, she was rushing and I could tell she didn’t put much effort. Then the next day, I went to scratch an itch and the nail she had replaced was coming off. These are acrylics and shouldn’t be coming off one day after I get them done. I would not recommend this salon at all. Worst experience of my life. And I had come here years before and had a terrible experience where a technician actually walked out in the middle of my appointment because I didn’t like the color of my polish. Terrible customer service. And not to mention, the owner said something in their language when I arrived to the tech and smirked before looking back at me. Do not come here if you want to be treated with kindness and respect. I am finding a new salon.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI made a 3 pm appointment. I wanted 3 tips and gel powder. I was 5 minutes early. Picked out my color and was seated. The man used a hard emery board & ripped my skin immediately I ask you to be gentle. He then proceeded to place cotton and aluminum foil and left me in alone for 35 minutes for seven nails.During the time I was waiting another customer came in and she nearly had a complete new set as a walk-in. I was still sitting there crying so I asked them to take it off so I could leave. They had the audacity to charge me seven dollars and I have a wound burn on my cuticle. I guess they only cater to their Marist students and not adults. This is my attempt to remove the gel and polish with nail strengthening product I had to buy at drug store.I made a 3 pm appointment. The man used a hard emery board & ripped my skin immediately I ask you to be gentle. Truly a diamond in the rough. I’ve been to over 15 nail salons in between Wappingers, Fishkill, Hopewell and Poughkeepsie and never have I ever had better service, better quality nails or better designs.

I visited here 5 times and never picky about who did my nails. Spread the wealth. The 1st to the 4th time I was pleased. But this is not a 4 Star nail salon with customer curtesy. More like a 3 star. There’s only 4 nail specialist in this spa who are really good that I’ve noticed. Everyone else it’s a risk. Here’s a pic of my last visit what a messy job! And the owner agreed to fix but I had to wait for 2 days after. They aren’t the most polite to customers nor do they help you with concerns or questions. They get rave reviews because the 4 good techs set appointments. But Everyone should be good. It’s a choice to glamour yourself and pay good money to. So you deserve good service from whoever is available when you walk-in without an appointment! So! I was so disappointed and this cost me &33.00 for a gel fill. Plus I gave a tip. And Because I rushed out and the lights are deam in the place. I didn’t realize until I got home and then to work the next day, how bad my nails looked. ♀️ . Like I did them myself. Ugly! Anyway to each there own. Go at your own risk. I am done!!!!!

Minus getting charged $42 (for a fill in, design and putting on a new nail because one broke off) they do very good work. Did not wait long to get in a chair at all. If you don’t mind paying a little more for better nails then go here. Don’t think these are worth $42, but I will be back.

I go to Angela every-time and she always makes sure it’s her best work. She does it exactly like the reference picture and doesn’t rush it or take too long either. They have many color options to choose from, I never wait too long either. I suggest always making an appointment first though because certain days it can get very busy.
