Ella’s is the absolute best! As someone with waist length hair that I take meticulous care of I trust very few places for a color and cut. I’ve never been disappointed with the services at Ella’s. Having this much hair it takes a lot of patience and attention. Jaime D does an outstanding job! She did a waterfall color from light brown to blonde and it’s perfect! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Jamie and she was amazing! I had decided to cut about 6 inches of hair off and do a balayage. She did such a great job! She took her time and went through every step with me making sure this is what I wanted. I later decided I wanted to get a Brazilian wax done before vacation and came here. I can’t remember the name of the stylist but ahi. Was professional and did a great job! Being my first wax in a sensitive area I was a little apprehensive, the stylist made me feel completely comfortable in a private room and explained everything. I am new to the area and was looking for a salon. I decided here because people I work with have said great things about them. I had an appointment with Jamie and she was amazing! I had decided to cut about 6 inches of hair off and do a balayage. She did such a great job! She took her time and went through every step with me making sure this is what I wanted. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have never been treated with such disregard, had an appointment at 4, got there a good 10 minutes early… 4:25 I had to ask if I was going to be seen… went to check, about 5 more minutes.. no apology for waiting, nothing .. my time is important. I hope you treat others better, boy did you miss out on a good tipper.
