When I told her after she tried to pawn me off on another loctcian that thats not normal and she should not take on new clients she can’t make time for she dropped me as a client. I saw this shop while heading to the grocery store. Went inside to see if I could schedule an appointment for a consultation & was WARMLY greeted by Ms. Jhery Brown! She smiled, shook my hand & told me to have a seat (not what I accepting). She gave me a consultation right then & there!!! I recommend anyone who is trying to repair and restore there locs to Jhery. She came through and 100% exceeded all my expectations for fixing my hair after I was just about to give up and chop my starter locs because I went to so many other different hair stylist and supposedly loc professionals that didn’t really know about all hair types and textures but none of them did what Jhery did. She truly is a certified Loctician and great at what she does and her work shows it, trust me. I finally found my loctician/hair stylist and she’s local! Thanks Jhery

Jhery was fantastic. She explained what happened with my locs, had me hold up a mirror so I could see as she reparted & repaired my locs in the front. I have a very active lifestyle and reattaching my locs using the crochet needle was the only way! The reattached and new locs are gorgeous . She was able to take my locs that had broken off along with some I cut off during a pruning and make it all whole and blend in.

Best place ever to go for hair care!!! The love you feel here is real. Staff is very friendly and they do great work. I was suggested to come here by a friend and now this is my new home. I came here in December to get starter locs by Jhery Brown. I recommend any one looking to get their locs started, retwisted or styled to go to Jhery at the 561 loc lounge. One last thing the products that she uses do not make your hair feel heavy and I have not experienced any build it from it.
