Since the new ownership I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I have started conversations in messenger only to have them stop messaging me, when I reached back out wondering if they’d reply, there was none. I called today to set up an appointment and ask questions and the women on the phone was very fake in her responses and it felt passive aggressive. At one point she said, “it’s because we have these awesome new procedures” when I was pressing for more information as to why I need to send pictures when I’ve been there twice already, seeing the same technician for the same eyebrow service, yet they want me to send in pictures first. To top it all off I finally agreed and she never sent me the link to complete the stuff they’re asking for. It’s frustrating to feel like I don’t matter and she really doesn’t care about client retention it seems. I’ll be looking elsewhere after today.
