Horrible experience months ago I regret I went there with my natural gray hair with pretty natural highlights. But I just wanted more silvery highlights, well I trusted the stylists and she used dark hair light lights like brown!!??;’&-+&–. Never got compliments from anyone like I used to get before I walked in! Then went to Birch, spent more $$$ to get brassy brown out, no better luck! Is this a costmetlogy school like at Birch?

First time at this salon and I love it! Kayla, my hairstylist did an amazing job! The style, cut and color were the price is also reasonable ✅ The salon’s decor is also , it’s an older building that they’ve remodeled; it has an open floor plan with nice, wooden floors!

I had my hair highlighted and layered by Christine today. This was the first time I had used them as my colorists moved to Fort Myers .Everyone there was so professional and friendly. Christine done such an AMAZING job. I highly recommend her & 52 West.

My wife went here and wasn’t happy with her hair color either time. Maybe it was the stylist. They also don’t offer refreshments for clients, even though they are there for several hours and their services cost around $60 an hour

I’m so glad I found this salon. The staff is friendly, the salon is always clean and comfortable, and the pricing is the best around for the skill of these ladies. Their boutique has some really cute pieces at a great price. It’s the perfect way to kill some time if you are early to your appointment. Haircut, Balayage, Hair coloring, Body waxing
