Had my first ever massage with Marrow. They made me totally comfortable, and gave me clear directions since I had no idea what I was supposed to do – clothes on off, how to position myself on the table, etc. I loved that I got to pick out the scented oils used during the massage. What a relaxing experience. They got rid of tension I didn’t even k ow I was holding! Highly recommend.

I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year. I was feeling a bit anxious one morning and decided that was the day I’d get my hair cut. I had heard of 501 Salon just from driving around Bellevue and decided to check out the website. Very user-friendly and I was able to find an appointment that very afternoon with Kim. I called and scheduled with the receptionist who made it very easy to book the appointment. CC is needed to hold a spot. When I arrived, Kim greeted me and brought me back to the chair. She offered a head and neck massage to start the appointment (something I’d never had or heard of) and it immediately made me feel more at peace. Overall, my experience was 10/10 and I hope to book again with Kim. We exchanged social media handles so she could share my new look. It was the mood boost and refresh I needed. Thank you, Kim and 501 Salon!

The rudest staff I have never met. They take up all of the parking on our street. When asked politely to not park in front of my house. They refuse and still do it. I’m my opinion that’s rude. Not the way to earn the respect of the public or to run a business. All I want to do is park in front of my own house. Every day there is an employee of the salon parked there.

Enjoyed my first visit to 501 Salon & Spa today and I will definitely be going back. Andrea was wonderful. She listened thoughtfully and is very skilled. I am thrilled with my new haircut (medium long now short women’s cut). Andrea is also knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend! Haircut

Overall I have a good experience, but not a great experience. The hairstylist was very professional and courteous, but the haircut provided was not the one expected. I showed her several pictures of a medium haircut with short layers, and she cut it as a Medium haircut with long layers, which looked worst today, 24 hours after the haircut. In addition to this, I was surprised to receive a brief foot massage as part of the facial services. I did not feel comfortable with the tech touching my face, my feet, and my face again. I think she should have given me the option between a feet massage or a hand massage.

The only service I can speak to is my massage experience which unfortunately was lousy. The therapist was inexperienced and ineffective. It was an exceedingly hot day when I was there for my massage and the masseuse had me lie down on a heating blanket! I asked her to turn that off, of course but little things like that and the fact that I had to keep asking her to adjust her pressure on my body kept me from enjoying the experience at all. Also the massage room had the distinct smell of mold to it which is not what you want to smell anytime but certainly not when you are receiving a message.

I cannot say enough good things about my dermaplaning and facial with Al! She is absolutely amazing – really great at her job and also a truly lovely person. It was my first time trying dermaplaning and I don’t think my skin has ever been this soft or smooth in my life. The facial was fantastic – so relaxing and she taught me a lot about what my skin needs and will benefit from. I’m getting married in a couple months and she provided great guidance on what I can do between now and then. So glad I decided to try this and excited for continuing to take even better care of my skin!

I wanted to love this place. I got an appt super quickly, showed the stylist what shade I wanted my hair colored as well as my Bellami wefts that I brought in colored. In the end my hair is extremely darker than what I showed the stylist. When she brought my wefts back out they were a completely different color than my hair and I told her I would prefer if she redid them. I came back later that day and picked up my wefts that style were not the same color as my hair. $222. That’s a lot of money just for color and it not to be right.
