Great find… Hannah and her son are so nice. There is only 2 of them, so better to make a appointment. I am never dissatisfied. If you want to really treat yourself… have a massage by Hannah. You won’t regret it!

Had an appointment for 10am when I got there, there was only 2 nail techs with 5 people waiting for a pedicure and 2 for a manicure. You would think if you made an appointment they would save you a seat. I’d recommend going as soon as they open

Second time this has happened to me. Call ahead to make an appointment for a pedicure. Get there at my scheduled time and they are not ready for me. But they get you bc you sit down with your feet in the water, then wait, wait, wait. Why take appointments if you cannot offer the service when you schedule the customer? Ridiculous. People have schedules, that’s why we make appointments!

I went to 501 Nail Spa after I was disappointed with my regular nail salon. My coworker told me about this salon. When I got there it was 2 people being served and I was asked to choose my color after I was asked what I needed done. They were welcoming and very professional. The man that did my pedicure even got one of the pedicure chairs for my daughter to sit next to me while he worked on me. I was very pleased with my nails because she knew to use liquid gel verses powder. Great place to go and I will return.

I always enjoyed going here to get my nails done. Unfortunately, they frequently overbook appointments and the last time I came, I sat an hour past my 11:15 appointment watching other people being taken ahead of me. It’s a shame, too, because I like Hannah’s work. But that’s no way to keep customers.

The people here were VERY RUDE to me, my mom, and sister. Two people yelled at me because I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I spent two hours in there getting a manicure and pedicure. First I had a guy doing my pedicure, he had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t clip my cuticles, get the skin off my feet with the cheese grinder thing, file my toes properly, and before I could say anything he cut all my toenails off after I had been trying to grow them out. And I mean he cut them to little nubs, I was furious at this point. Then Hannah came and painted my toe nails, I was getting a French pedi & mani. I had to tell her 3 times to thin the paint out and it was still thick so I just gave up. Then Hannah did my nails, she did good until the next day…. ALL the paint in my nails started peeling off and I’m not exaggerating, if I could post a picture I would but I didn’t pick at it or anything, it just peeled up on its own. I will NEVER come back here again, not worth $40 and they definitely didn’t work for it. I work for my money and I will not give it to them anymore if they aren’t willing to work for it.

I will not be going back here. I was very unhappy with the job they did. There is way too much acrylic on my nails and it isn’t blended. It look like it was just dumped on my nails and not even spread out. And I wasn’t happy with the polish. My nails could have used another coat. I could understand if they were busy and she was in a rush but I was the only one there. And she had a very bad attitude and just seemed unhappy.

Okay so I went in at 9:30a he started doing my nails I had to let 2 soak okay that was fine! He started doing somebody feet that was fine since 2 had to soak. It dont take a hour for them to soak I got up and left ! He want to know why well you made me wait for 1 hour and 30 mins & still didn’t service me you did somebody nails before you did mines you could have gave me a fill in while the other soak not do somebody whole pedicures and still wont done when I got up & walked up. I work to hard for my money to give it to somebody who not going to work for it . No sir

Very good. I go about once a month for a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow arch. People are very friendly. Dana always do my eyebrow because she don’t make them too thin.
