I NEVER do this but I left this place feeling so very upset. I took my daughter for Christmas nails..a gentleman started than the owner took over. The nails were AWFUL, but owner’s attitude even worse. I politely asked her to step in the back so I can tell her they were lumpy, he cut my daughter in 3 spots and the sides were uneven. I told her I was not comfortable paying for this service and she said she’d call the cops. She offered me 10% off! It’s also smells like smoke to boot! The only nice thing about this place is the receptionist.

I have been going to this salon for many years. Lily never disappoints. She has always gone above and beyond to give me the best experience. There are some workers who do not speak fluent English. However, they do a good job. It takes two seconds to ask for someone for a translation, in order for you to feel satisfied. Always speak up if you don’t like something, because Lily will always do her best to correct it. 10/10 always recommend.

I had ombre powder nails done. I had an appointment and was left waiting for an hour and twenty minutes. The owner did my nails and it was obvious she was rushing. She rushed me to decide a length. I was uncomfortable almost immediately. I was very unhappy with the shape, length and quality of the job, but I felt uncomfortable voicing my opinions as the owner was barking orders at staff and distracted; explaining to the cashier how to enter charges. By the next day, I knew for sure my nails weren’t done well, but I was headed out of town. My nails were bubbling and had holes (first picture). I went back to them as soon as I got back in town (5 days later). The owner told me “it doesn’t look that bad” but finally agreed to fix my nails. I waited another half hour before getting in the chair. She buffed the tops of my nails. I expressed my concern about the length and shape and she refused to address these concerns “because it would take too long.” The shape was worse this time and also the pink powder had come off enough from her buffing that it looks like I need a touchup (second picture). I’m furious to say the least because I paid $85 and haven’t been happy with my nails for a minute. I am extra disappointed because I gave them a second chance. I won’t be coming back and I won’t be revising my review either. This place is overbooking and overcharging.

I got a face wax done the staff was very friendly place is very clean i didn’t have to wait forever even though they were busy they took me straight back to the room and someone came in immediately they were very quick and got all the off my skin is very smooth I tried to find some stray hairs because they were so fast I thought for sure they would have missed some but no they got everything her name is Emma and she’s awesome will definitely take the drive from myrtle beach

definitely would not recommend going for acrylic toes. first of all, i was assigned a nail tech who had never done acrylic toes before and tried to send me out with terrible work. polish on the sides, uneven toes, terrible application and on top of it applied gel polish without informing me which led to a $15 extra charge that I was unaware of. I came back and the manager attempted to fix the application that the previous worker messed up, but even when I mentioned the toe application was still crooked she claimed there was nothing she could do about it and didn’t even offer compensation for subpar work. a couple weeks later my whole toe mail has ripped off from my toe nail bed which has never happened to me before and only happens when the application was done wrong. i will never go back and manager was not inclined to apologize for the subpar work and only just tried to defend it even though it was clearly wrong.

Worse experience I think I’ve ever had and the tech I had acted like she did not want to finish my service and every time she messed up she just wiped off the polish with her finger and reapplied I didn’t realize how bad they actually looked until I left but I can’t believe I paid almost $50 for this! She never even asked if my water was okay for my pedicure or anything!

I had a WONDERFUL experience! I didn’t have an appointment and they got me right in! Stacey was my stylist (if that’s the correct term) and was originally just going to get a manicure but she told me about a special they were having so without feeling pressured, I got a pedi as well. It was my first time there and I was very comfortable; I felt like a member of the family. And Stacey was amazing! She was very friendly, attentive, and I felt very pampered! Will definitely be going back!

AMAZING! I live 5 hours away at college and I wait to come home to get my nails done in Murrells at 59 Shades. Absolutely love this place and the employees. My nails are always exactly what i want and they can always fit you into their schedule. Highly highly recommend.l!! Acrylic nails, Waxing

The customer that the nail tech painted before me had sparkle nails, and the sparkles were on the nail techs hands.. you would imagine that the nail tech would wash her hands before doing my JET BLACK nails. Only noticed at the end when I had sparkles all over my nails. There’s also paint all over my cuticles and the sides of my nails aren’t even painted. Couldn’t say anything because they were obviously in a rush even though I called prior. When I told the nail tech she said there was no sparkle. Confusing.. At least I got a discount! Hopefully it was just because she was rushing.

I have been to so many different nail places from Myrtle beach to pawleys island. I found this place 50 shades nail spa and they are amazing. Lily did an excellent job, and I will definitely be coming back here Acrylic nails
