Went on a groupon special. Was great, except I wish the computer voice given directions could be made louder. The machine is so loud it’s hard to hear the directions. I told the woman when she asked how it went & told her I missed a position cause I couldn’t hear the directions & she said if I looked uneven tomorrow I could come back but I went out of town the next day, but nice to know they’ll make it right.

This location is always clean, the staff are very friendly and the packages are reasonably priced. The beds always seem to be in good shape and provide results. There is a $40 sign-up fee, which is something I haven’t encountered elsewhere. At the time I signed up there was a promotion on facebook to get this at half price ($20), but it still was a bit of a shock as I’ve never paid one before.

Also a plus, the place is also very CLEAN with many bed options.

Went in for a spray tan. It was $43 which is ridiculous but we signed upon for their texting subscription and got $25 off. I am very pale and got the medium color spray tan in the mystic, but woke up the next morning with absolutely zero color. Not even the slightest bit of tan. They said it wasn’t something with the machine and that they couldn’t give me a refund or another spray since they have no way of knowing for sure if it worked or not. Will not be back.

Well I used to get memberships there and then when coronavirus hit I stopped going but they continue to charge me so when I did go back they wouldn’t allow me to tan until after I pay the past due dues which I shouldn’t have any past dues it was membership for one month not a contract so that being said they charge me for for the tan I wanted that day but then we found out I supposedly owe them money so then they she said don’t worry it didn’t go through blah blah blah I already paid for a lift to get there so that sing I can’t tan but will charging you and we’re closing get another lift home
