I needed to even my tan out and hadn’t tanned in quite some time. Previously, this location had been severely lacking. I was greeted by the new manager and was pleasantly surprised. He was/is friendly, and had/has a very deep product knowledge. He was not pushy with products, but offered suggestions. The manager as well as staff that he trains seem to be very focused on providing an exceptional customer experience! Unfortunately, it has become necessary to cancel my membership. But after this great experience, when the time comes, I will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great experience! Wishing continued success!

After the way COVID effected all of us, I needed some TLC and I thought tanning would be a good place to start! I called for some basic information and was given a plethora of knowledge! Due to how professionally I was treated and how helpful the service was, I decided to stop in and buy a package that day. Come to find out, it was the manager, Kenna ( I believe) that had assisted me on the phone and she was still there that night. She didn’t over sell me. She allowed me to answer a few questions, to then let me decide what best fit my budget. She knew a great deal about lotions so I bought not one, but two bottles! A bronzer and an accelerator. I also want to mention how friendly the rest of the staff always are! I have yet to have a bad experience in my first 30 days. I loved going here for the cheaper prices since I only tan for special occasions. I’ve been there multiple times with no issues until last Friday February 15th. I laid in the bed than did a spray tan. Before getting into the spray tanning booth I asked the women in the front to show me how to stand since it’s been awhile since I’ve last been in the booth. She pretty much told me she did not remember. I entered the booth anyways, during the whole process I felt like the right side was not spraying as intensely as the left. I left, went about my day. As the day went on I realized only half my body was developing the tan. I called the next day Saturday the 16th to let them know their machine was broken or I stood wrong as I wasn’t instructed correctly. I was just looking for a refund for the spray tan. No one ever returned my call, I attempted to recall with no answer. So long story short, I’m happy with the prices but soo disappointed with their customer service…. I hope no one else went about their weekend with only half a tanned body

I’m only giving 2 stars to the location in cottage grove. Horrible costumer service, (would walk in they would start doing something else and make you wait ignore you basically this was everytime I went)I tried different beds they never worked barely got any color, all in all not going to that location agian.
