I am not liking that everything has been going wrong ..you pay in full for your next month and they still want to charge your payment method on file. The employee sees the credit that her co worker applied to the wrong area but there’s nothing she can do . She tries to comp me for today but the system doesn’t allow here meanwhile you have been paid in full for a month I still can’t use my package that I paid for because of your employee applying payment wrong but its your customer that pays

I had a really good experience here. Customer service was excellent, they’re up front about their cost and they don’t try to confuse you with point systems or membership nonsense. I thought my room was very clean and well maintained. All around a great tanning place. Great value as well.

If I could give no stars I would. The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at a tanning salon. First off I go in there wanting to tan for one month… They make me pay for two and it’s over $100. Now, I’m fine paying that for a good bed and good service. I even thought to myself I’ll tan in June, that’s fine. However, that was not the case. The first time the bed was warm, the fans were broken, and the service was not great. Yesterday I went in the same type of bed but a different room. I asked for 12 minutes knowing I’d probably get out at 10 but I thought just in case. I MAYBE laid in the bed for 5/12 minutes. It was way too hot and the fans were not working. I went home and that night I looked like a lobster!! This isn’t my first rodeo.. I’ve been tanning for years and I know my body and when to stop. I simply called for a refund. I didn’t pay over $100 to FRY!!! The manager was insanely rude and told me there’s nothing she can do – which is completely false. That is NOT how you treat your customers. I am never tanning at a $5 tan again and will never recommend it to someone. Terrible service, terrible beds, terrible company!

I made an appointment specifically for a stand up bed. The person on the phone confirmed this, and even explained to me that stand ups are level 2 beds. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told that the stand ups have no bulbs, and didn’t have bulbs when I made the appointment that morning. I wish I didn’t have to drive to the salon to find that out. I went to Palm Beach Tan instead and couldn’t be happier
