Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner was very rude in telling me I had to make an appt before going there! I had went there a couple days prior and was never told that, was treated friendly then. I asked her if I could level up with two of my level 1 slots she said no I will not let you use two slots to level up one slot to a level 2 bed. I’ve done that is the past at tanning salons. She was unfriendly and had a bad attitude!! I can tan at Italian tan just down the road and they’re super friendly! Their level 2 bed is just $6.00 compared to 10.00 at $5 tan. The owner was very rude in telling me I had to make an appt before going there! I had went there a couple days prior and was never told that, was treated friendly then. Critical: ProfessionalismI was charged over $100 after I already paid my monthly membership. When I contacted customer service I was told she is canceling not only the payment I was somehow charged for but also she cancelled my already paid $50 monthly membership. Which now I am out money and she was very rude very unprofessional. I spent ALOT of money with $5 Tan. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 yrs. So watch your bank account . And when u do contact customer service you will not be happy. I am done with them after this! Very RUDE WOMEN . SHE NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was charged over $100 after I already paid my monthly membership. When I contacted customer service I was told she is canceling not only the payment I was somehow charged for but also she cancelled my already paid $50 monthly membership.
