I want to start by saying the people that work here are incredibly kind and sweet! However, I spent $100 to get my fingers and toes done with shellac (without design) and 1 week and 2 days later they are already peeling off. The nail shape was really inconsistent and some nails look very “goopy.” For how much I ended up having to pay, I’m very disappointed.

I had the best experience at 5 Star Nails! I went for a manicure and pedicure with hot stone massage on legs and feet. They blended me their own herbal lotion, and used hot towels and warm oil to increase circulation. Everything they used smells great and feels great – I am renewed! We waited about an hour without anybody acknowledging us. Just when I was about to leave a very friendly staff came to us and apologized for the wait time and got me and my daughter back. Both mine and my daughters nails came out amazing and you could tell they took their time and had attention to detail. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just had a terrible experience here. I was scolded for asking for a second coat of glitter because I ” chose the wrong glitter!” And my ombre was just wavy brush strokes. When I told her I didn’t like it, she got mad and said well it won’t work. Then got up and another nail tech came and did it right. I told her that if she was having a bad day it wasn’t my fault. I was so excited to get my nails done, but after that, my day was ruined. And they are on the expensive side $65. Never going there again.
