I was visiting San Fransisco on Sunday 10/17 and needed my nails done, this place had good reviews so I went. The salon was clean and staff was friendly but the woman doing my pedicure cut one of my toes and barely soaked my feet. I also got a dip manicure which is what I always get. 4 days after all of my nails are chipping, one nail is completely broken off, and they didn’t pull out any hangnails. They didn’t dip them correctly or enough times. Completely unacceptable for what I paid but I can’t even go back and have them fix it. Also was a little harassed for not being able to pay in cash.

Ok so it’s really hard to find a salon that will do designs on short nails. They all want to do acrylic or gel..which I get because it stays on longer. But if a customer wants a certain design knowing that it will not be the same…the technician should be able to do it. Hannah was so accommodating and did an amazing job. They take their time here. It’s not about in and out.
