Critical: ProfessionalismI haven’t actually been to the salon but I had called today to see if they were open for business. FIRST time I had asked if the lady who answered the phone is they were open for customers to set up appointments & she was very rude & responded with “I already told you” & hung up. I called again because that wasn’t an exact answer to my question so I asked again “Are you guys open for business?” In which she responded no with an attitude.
