I love five star salon! Their customer service far surpasses any other salon in the San Antonio new Braunfels area, and I have tried many. Ruby did my nails, I requested tips and dip. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was very patient, gentle, took her time, and my nails look beautiful! I will definitely be back in the future.

I drive 30 miles 1 way to 5 star salon. The staff is super friendly and excellent at the services they provide. I think their prices are acceptable. I had my nails done close to 3 weeks ago and when I went back today the polish on my finger and toe nails was still intact. After finding 5 star salon, I will not go anywhere else!!!

First off it was a busy saturday, they took me with an appt but same day. I went to get my nails done after someplace butchered them and Vee transformed them back into nails again. the design she did was perfect as well for the fall. This was my first time and it’ll probably be a one visit place for me. It wasn’t horrible, the man who greeted me was pleasant and nice. The man who did my gel manicure felt rushed and instead of following all the steps (I know the steps, years of routine gel manicures), he rushed and did not file or buff my nails completely smooth. Bumps appearing on the nails as he painted and he seemed frustrated when I pointed them out. He had to start over, twice on one hand, to smooth the nail to paint. Then he looked at the rest to make sure. Painting went fine, but he wasn’t too concerned on keeping the skin edges cleaned up. I had to ask for that to occur.
