Price is way to high for the service. Rushed not very friendly, not very neat work, did not ask if I wanted acrylic or gel and gave me the most expensive option. Paint work was not done well. Messed up the shape of my nails from first set. They are now crooked no clean shape. Used too many coats of paint, it’s bulky, No clean lines, paint on my skin around my nails. Bad smile lines, looks like a beginner nail tech student was practicing on my nails. Will not be using services again. I’ve been twice and both times were not up to par for the prices. This filling and paint was done yesterday

I recently got a full set done thursday july 21 , here it is july 25 & my nails look like they need a fill in . only been 4 days since i got them done at this location , but not that’s all . i paid $60 for these !! i was going to get them polished but i was told it will be $10 more so i would be paying $70 total . i said nvm & paid the $60 ! there was a man ( i guess owner ) at the very first booth who did my nails , terrible attitude & horrible service . every time the phone rang he took a deep breath like he did not want to answer , mind you i got to the salon as soon as they opened ! i had called to ask why my nails were $60 when they’re PLAIN , i had spoke with a lady & she told me to have a good day & hung up in my face , very rude . i literally paid the man $60 for him to put the acrylic on , that’s all ! DO NOT waste your time & money here . very unprofessional ! if i could rate them 0 stars i definitely would ! racist vibes at this salon . nastiest attitudes ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND 5 STAR NAILS . nothing 5 star about it !

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI thought I’d never have to make a Google review in my life until now. This place is not 5 stars at all as stated in their name they deserve less than 1 star and there is nothing 5 star about it. Me, my mother, and sister came here to get a basic manicure and pedicures. We waited for about 20 minutes not bad so far or so I thought . My sister got her nails done but they rushed and did a terrible job, they just slopped on the nail polish, they did not wash her feet, did not cut her nails, did not do anything mentioned in what is listed for their pedicures and manicures. My sisters nails was not filled in all the way and there was scuff marks left as the result of rushing. I got mine done right after she was finished. I previously had on black nail polish from the last time I got my toes done. The lady just used nail polish remover and didn’t even get it all out. You can still see it on the corners. She did not cut my nails or file it, did not wash it, and most disgustingly used the same gloves for all her clients which is very unsanitary. Then she continues to leave a scuff mark on my big toe as you can see in the photo and did not even fill it in all the way. She saw and did not bother to put another coat over it and didn’t bother to fix it but did not do a good job at it noir did she double glance to make sure they are okay. These two customers before me and my sister where taken received disposable flip flops after their pedicure. I did not so I had to walk bare foot on their dirty floor. They do not treat new customers good at all. They also told other customers to leave. I did not get my nails done neither did my mother they where very rude about it and said “we don’t have time you are not getting your nails done” as they continued to take other people. They do not finish their customers wishes and leaves them hanging. Originally I wanted short acrylic French tips but I noticed how rude they where and decided to stick with regular black nail polish to not make their job exhausting. I am pretty sure they would’ve rushed on the acrylics and make them look sloppy for a price that is ridiculous. They are very rude and hostile, they also have very bad time management, it is also very overpriced for the terrible service. I could’ve done a better job myself at home. They would have charged full price for the job incomplete if we did not say something, while my mother was telling them how they did not have the best customer service for new clients they continued to have a very nasty attitude. I do not recommend going here at all. Today I went in for a fill in and pedicure. The guy that sits at table one serviced me today. He was coughing, sneezing, and very much sick and clearly not in the mood to work. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt but when I finished and asked him for a discount due to the service being very poor! Nails look a mess!!! He got upset and made a scene about it. Telling me I have gone too long without a fill in. I was not satisfied with my services today. I will not be returning.

DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! The owner’s treatment of a regular customer shows how much she appreciated the business. Jennie does excellent work (Used 4 times). I called & spoke to the owner. I made appt to have a gel manicure with Jennie on Saturday at 11:30. Upon arrival, Jennie wasn’t available. I said I would wait. The owner became so enraged that I didn’t want her to do the work that she yelled at me several times in front of other customers and my 5-year-old. We left, but he cried for several hours.

Had a gel manicure a couple of months ago and they did terrible! They rushed and it only lasted 5 days before it started peeling. Gel manicures usually lasts 3-4 weeks! I will not be returning! Don’t waste your time or money! Gel manicures

Great with pedicures BUT we also have issues with manicures or full sets. Always miscommunication.. first full set my pinky nail almost got infected somehow even though I barely do anything with my hands. They fixed it for free. Went to get a full set or what I say is, “ I want fake nails” and the lady just did my regular nails instead but said I said the wrong thing.. whatever. Anyways my feet are amazing and the cuticle on my hands look good. They gave me basic black nails.. no fake nails so I went to another nail tech to get the desired full set.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in to get a fill in and a pedicure. I did not have an appointment. They were able to get me right in, which was great. I was given a price and asked to have a seat. As the lady was taking my polish off she kept saying, “gel polish more money, you pay more for gel”, I responded saying, no I want regular polish on my feet, so it should be $33. As she continued to remove the polish the male, who claimed to be the owner, came over and was really rude. He told me that I always complain about the prices. I explained to him that I don’t have a problem with his prices, and that I ask questions because there is a language barrier causing for miscommunication on both ends at times ( In the past I have went into a nail shop to get service and ended up paying way more than what was quoted), so I do ask questions, no matter where I go. At this point I was really uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I asked to cancel the pedicure and just get the fill in for my nails. The owner then flies off the handle and starts telling me the doesn’t like me and I don’t have to come back to his shop. I explained to him that he was rude and should think about changing professions if he couldn’t handle customers asking questions. I called back to speak with the real owner, because I can’t believe that he was the business owner, but couldn’t get through. I am truly disappointed with what transpired today. As consumers, we tend to take it lightly when we are disrespected where we spend our . Moving forward, I will make a conscious decision to spend my hard earned money where it is appreciated. I will no longer support businesses that don’t support and respect the members of the community they do business in. So up until today I have never gotten my toes done. I called and asked the man how much to have my nails clipped and painted and we got a appointment set up. I got there and wait time wasn’t long and staff very friendly. I wish I would have known about the classic pedicure but this place is a 10 out of 10. Pedicure
