Got my nails done. They don’t really care about you or making them perfectly even. I got a French tip and they did not even make my white line straight. They don’t care. They over charge you too based on there mood. If you look like you have money they will charge you way more. The prices there are lies. No good. Every single one of my nails are not even. Didn’t even make the drawing perfect. At least try not to over lap it. All they care about is business.

There very cute, but they feel a bit flimsy… They were also a bit aggressive while doing my nails, they also seemed rushed..? The lady that painted mine also missed a few spots but its not very noticeable unless i point it out. There all different sizes and shapes too but thats not that noticeable as well. I liked the guy that did the acrylic part tho because he sang to all the songs that came on lol, very funny

I have used them for a little over a year now, they recently changed their powder and got newer appliances which have made the place come together really well! I prefer the owner Vu to do my nails, he pays very close attention to what im asking for and hits the spot everytime, sadly when any one else has done my nails they have popped off so fast i have to get them redone within a week or two if that compared to about a month inbetween fills when Vu does them. Overall, i always have a good experience, they offer water, they clean their spaces off, and the conversation is nice if thats something you enjoy.

For several years this shop was my go-to for pedicures and acrylics. Over the years I have unfortunately seen a decline in the quality of work, and have finally decided to take my business elsewhere. My mom and I came today for a pedicure, and both received rushed service without attention to detail, in a background of the owner’s screaming children and unkempt salon. I understand how the service industry can be busy and stressful, but the salon was beyond what I expected in terms of uncleanliness in a chaotic environment. The polish on both of our sets of toenails is unevenly applied. We may have been better off applying our polish at home.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst pedicure experience I’ve ever had and I’m not picky. I Took my mother-in-law for her birthday. I tried to get us both Mani-pedis but they only had pedicures available and now I’m super glad that that’s all we got. I chose a more expensive pedicure because I was trying to spoil my mom for her birthday, but it was similar to any pedicure I’ve ever gotten and it cost me $70. On top of that the lady seemed really irritated that my mother-in-law didn’t want gel polish and she kept trying to upsell the gel polish even though my mother-in-law specifically said she just wants regular polish. After that, they just seemed irritated. I asked for a flower on my big toe and I don’t even think it’s looks like a flower. On top of that, right where we’re about to leave, 2 girls came in for mani-pedis and they did gel nails. The lady that did my mother-in-law‘s nails greeted them much nicer than us and offered them complimentary wine which was never offered to us. I tried to get us both Mani-pedis but they only had pedicures available and now I’m super glad that that’s all we got. Wouldn’t recommend. The French tips are uneven and mismatched, customer service was average at best – I’m just glad I didn’t get gel so I can remove them when I get home.

I used to go to Blue Birch to a nail tech over there. Consistently, after a day or 2, my mails would partially peal off and as they separated, they ripped my actual nail off causing them to bleed at the skin layer. The nail tech was fairly new to doing nails and she denied that her way of doing nails was the problem.

Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but today was the first time I left the nail salon and cried…My 45-50$ nails are crooked and lumpy on top of the fact I had coffin nails that they pointed out without asking me. I made an appointment but yet I was still rushed, so much so she skipped essential shaping steps. She talked the whole time and I’m pretty sure thats what led to the mistakes… Nice lady but I won’t be going to her again.
