Left picture is what I got right picture is what I wanted… I’m not the one to complain but no sir never again. They was rushing me to finish my feet. I love how my feet turned out but my nail… no . The young man in there messed up my nail and the girl was coaching him The whole time and he messed everything up even though I showed him what I wanted he still put white on my nails and the girl had to try to fix it and just painted over them with a clear glitter coat… so upset…!

I don’t know how to feel about the service. This one lady who did me and my grandmother’s nails did a really good job, but when this other lady did my aunt’s nails, she did a horrible job. My aunt was asking her to fix things over and over but she didn’t seem to listen. Every time I come there it feels like they’re talking about customers and laughing at our nails before they start. I may come again but they should try to listen to customers more. Also before I got my nails done, they made me wait and they did another lady’s nails that came in at least 10 minutes AFTER me. I’m horribly tired of nail techs doing this. Please ask the person if they want there nails done when they’re sitting in the seat and don’t be so rude and do the person that came in after them nails.

Did our nails but service was not great the guy just left me there and I was so confused I didn’t know were he went I was just sitting there and he kept getting on his phone and didn’t really pay attention to my nail they turned out okay but that was not what I wanted. When he was doing my nails he didn’t even try to make them look pretty.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would! Worst experience EVER!!! They removed my fake nails and it was very painful than the lady that took over was very rough and cut my fingers with the drill file she was rushing I got white nails and she had red from the previous customer all in my nails I had her redo them and they still look bad!! Not again will they have my business

Have been coming here for over a year. Nice friendly staff. They’ve taken up to 6 women and two children when I called saying we were having a girls day out. Usually go with my daughter in law and niece/god daughter who’s 6. They are always friendly and offer the biggest selection of dipped colors you could want. Even do hombre. The owner is always working hard along side the older woman and younger woman. Rarely ever get a cut from speed other salons have nicked me on multiple fingers so that’s worth mentioning. Covid friendly always wear mask properly and disinfect properly between each customer. The man/owner is talkative and so is the younger lady if you just want quiet service r&r the older lady the person for you. The younger lady is very particular and wants perfection. They also offer waxing etc and have a bar!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis salon loves to overcharge and steal extra funds from your credit card I was quoted $40 for set of nails and paid with my debt card which I was already displeased with the technician who did a very sloppy job and after I had already left the shop i got a text from my bank for $8.00 extra dollars being charged to my bank card at which time I called to get this charge reversed and was hung up on each time I called also, oncei was able to speak with the manager I was told by her that she would return a call to me in 15 minutes and never did . I believe that this salon is very bad and are thieves. I don’t recommend anyone else goes to them unless you want to be robbed.
