Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery disappointed!! This was my first time here. I was referred by a friend of mine. There were only 3 people working and there were only 3 other customers when my daughter and I came in. I was sat after 1 hour of waiting. I then was brought a bowl of very hot acetone to soak my nails in and some paper towels and was told to rub my nails very few minutes to loosen the previous SNS on my nails. Then I sat there for 30 mins!! I took my own SNS off!! Then my new SNS was being applied and all three alternated between myself and all of the customers trying to get people done. My nails look horrible!! I even said something about the waves and bumps and was told oh, it will even out once clear coat is dry. Umm. NO!! I was also charged for taking my own SNS off!! I would first like to start off by saying I love the owners. I have been here maybe 6 times now and in my experience they have been so welcoming. I understand not every review would agree but in my opinion everyone has good days and bad days, doesn’t mean the owners are rude by any means. I also want to state their daughter does help out. I seen another review saying she is moody?? I think that’s alittle much considering she is still a young girl, a teenager at that. She has been awesome and normally is the one who paints my nails which is always done how I want them. I always get a full set/fill in with polish and I have never left unhappy. I personally love this shop and would recommend. Also the prices are on point!! A definite money saver compared to other places around town.

I went on Sat 1/2/21. There was only three workers, one of which was a child working. The man was all over the place, working on my nails, changing channels on TV, cashing people out,come back to work on my nails, going to the back, moving from me to other people. Never seen him wash his hands once!! Didnt ask patrons to wash before or after neither. They did do a great job on my nails and for a really good price, however I don’t think they are up to par on Covid restrictions there bc of my experience. I don’t knw if I got sick from there or somewhere else, but a day or two later I got a cough and sore throat and headache.
