Let me explain my 2 star review. I got a pedicure last month in March and I loved it so much that I would’ve rated this place 5 star however I called today and spoke with such a rude man that I decided not to make a second appt. His tone and short responses made me feel like I was bothering him. Complete opposite vibes from my first visit.

Everything was fine till the second day. I had pink and white done which is 45.00 and on the second day they were already coming up on the sides. I called as soon as I noticed and spoke to the guy who did my nails; he told me to come back to the shop on Monday so I drive almost an hour to go back to the shop and the owner Kelly gets on the phone and starts yelling at me bcuz I wanted my nails fixed; bcuz she’s having a bad day doesn’t mean she can take it out on me. Worst service EVER!!!! I expected a little more courtesy from a business owner. All the while I was trying to b calm as could be with her and trying to explain she wasn’t the one who did my nails and the person who did them told me to come back. If he wouldn’t have told me to come back I wouldn’t have. I wish I could post a pic of the crappy work done on my nails and audio of the way this woman treats her customers. Believe me when I say I am so furious at the way she treat me as a person more than the way I was treated as a customer. Looking over the reviews these people are going to eventually be out of business due to customer neglect.
