Critical: QualityI got my nails done on Saturday July 18th, 2020 and today my nails look like this. The people are nice but however my nails don’t look professionally done. The guy also cut my skin! It’s too may diseases out here for him to be doing that. I am not pleased at all.

Absolutely fabulous, they were fast and efficient, no long wait, did my nails exactly as I wanted and phenomenal prices. However I do need to say the name is no longer 5 Star it’s Nails 79 and they are the best I’ve been to in my 37 yrs of life. Thanks Bella you’re awesome! I look forward to our next appointment and all our future business, my nails have never looked so amazing you are fantabulous ma’am!

Critical: QualityI went in a rush because my usual nail shop was busy. The man in the first chair did my set. I got a full set and it was horrible. Some of the tips were placed crooked and the shaping and filing of my nails was not done correctly. Finally, the nail polish was applied by a lady who didn’t seem to know how to polish. My nails were unevenly coated and there were even lumps in some areas. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in a rush because my usual nail shop was busy. The man in the first chair did my set. I got a full set and it was horrible. Some of the tips were placed crooked and the shaping and filing of my nails was not done correctly. Finally, the nail polish was applied by a lady who didn’t seem to know how to polish. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe man who did my nails was horribly rude, loudly on the phone the entire time he did my nails. I showed him a picture right when I walked in of exactly what I wanted. After he put on the acrylics, he started shaping and I stopped him to say that’s not the shape I wanted. He then berated me about telling him before he started. I explained that he had been on the phone since I walked in and didn’t want to interrupt him, and that I thought he’d ask before just doing it. I explained again that I wanted what was in the picture I showed him. He did try to reshape my nails, and they were horrible. I asked him to stop and told him that I wasn’t happy with the shape and that it’s not what I asked for. He then started actually screaming at me in front of other customers saying that I was in there just to cause trouble for a technician, he then took my phone from me and started showing other customers the picture that I asked for saying that it was my fault for not telling him. I asked him to stop screaming at me and to give me back my phone. He then cut my nails off and told me to leave the store. My first and absolute last time back. Took my daughter to the nail salon. Her nails do not look professional. I went in to talk to the nail tech to bring it to his attention to show him that the polish was all in her cuticles and on her finger and to tell him that her nails do not look professional and the first thing he said was I can take them off and you can go somewhere else. I will never go back! Went to them yesterday and I checked in for a basic manicure but they gave me a massage and salt which I didn’t ask for!! So of course they tried to charge me extra, at first he said it was 39 andI got a basic manicure and a pedicure which was 32 then I got my eyebrows waxed and she rushed (THE WIFE) and it was 7. When I get to the check out he gonna say 42 , I said look that’s not what you told me . You told me you told me a completely different price !! So he charge the 39 he was suppose to charge. Wife barely talks English so I didn’t understand nothing she was saying. They are money hungry and I will never go back

It has been years since I had acrylic nails put on, I went here and told them that’s what I wanted, he asked me what color, and I said French tip, he showed me a plastic hand with French tip nails and said like this? And I said yes. While he was doing my manicure I thought wow they’ve change the way they do this, since it’s probably been 15 years since I got them, how would I know. When finished I was informed that it was $40 instead of the $22 because he put gel nails on , Like I said I thought it was different but I figured that’s just how they do it now. When I protested they just looked at me and said no it’s 40, I know there is a communication breakdown sometimes, because they speak a different language, but 24 to 40 should be my choice not theirs. I will not go back !!
