I have no respect for nail technicians who take a advantage of the elderly. So my mother made a appointment on Monday and wanted to try a new salon closer to home. I wish she would’ve got the ladies name. She told me she felt very uncomfortable & rushed when she would mention about the leaves the lady kept saying no there fine there fine! I am a over the road truck driver and came home Wednesday and she proceeds to tell me what happened & I take a look at her nails & there horrible like a kid did them. My mom mentioned that the leaves were sticking up and the lady kept saying no no no. My mom tells me she thought maybe her eyes was seeing wrong because she left her glass’s at home & has semi-bad vision due to her getting older. The lady that did her nails honestly is lucky I don’t go up there for the way they treated her & made her feel & the trashy nail job they did but honestly it’s not even worth the energy but I will write this review & post it in Dundalk page on facebook & tell my friends to not use this place!

This is my permanent nail salon. I’ve been going consistently over the past year. Although it’s not glitzy or glamorous, they give some of the best (and cheapest!) pedicures I’ve had. And my nails are always beautiful. They know I hate sitting there long, so when able, they do my feet and hands at the same time. They really care about their customers.

Had two appointments for a pedicure and my friend had to wait for 20 minutes to be attended to. The nail polish brands were unknown, equipment old and didn’t get the lotion rub after the leg scrub, which is standard with a pedicure. One good point, the owner was nice.

She tried. But didn’t clip my toe nails when I said something they said it was to late. My acrylic was so thick. The tech I went to to get help with their mess. Said “WHAT DID THEY JUST START SCHOOL!!! WASTE OF MONEY & TIME!!!!

They don’t do a bad job with nails, however, every time I come here which it’s been about 4 times, I get the exact same thing, but the price changes every single time. I went in the other day and the wall with the prices are there, but the lady tells me something totally different then what the board says. I just don’t understand and I feel like I’m getting ripped off…
