Not real pleased with this place. Had nails done ask for specific design. They don’t do designs very well and took forever. Went as a group and was seated in different areas we couldn’t even visit. Alot of people were there getting pedicures so maybe that’s their normal forte. Also a bit pricey for what we got done. Nail art

me and my sister got a gift card for this place and we tried calling for a week straight and barely got any answers. when we finally got an appointment and showed up, they said the machine was out of order. we drove an hour and no one told us we wouldn’t be able to do anything. the man on the phone was very rude and all i see is the same person answering all the bad reviews with the same three responses. i would never suggest this place to anyone especially after reading other reviews.

I have had great experiences.Today we went in and they worked us right in. I got a set of dipped nails. I will not got back for this service. The technician seemed to know what she was doing. (I haven’t had a set of nails in years, but I’m going to a wedding Sunday.) The nails have a groove on the top, they caught in my hair when I go to fix my hair, & they make a few of my finger looked crooked. I have gone to this Salon for years and I for one am a person who will simply not go back to a business if I am not pleased instead of leaving a review. I had to leave this review to be able to try and save innocent and hard working young ladies the money they earn on nails that are not done correctly. In my past experience I was always greeted with a nice smile, offered a drink of any kind, get welcomed to a seat, and asked what I would like today. This time ( I have not been in months maybe a year) I was barely acknowledged practically had to pick my own seat and was given a book because of course I have to decide what I want done (the only reason). I then asked to place diamonds on my nails and initially asked for diamonds on all five fingers towards the end I had changed my mind and let her know that I only wanted diamonds on the bottoms of my thumbs and none on the remaining nails. She practically forced ( I know I am adult but it sure felt this way) me to get all fingers and placed them where she felt was best. I did not complain hey not a biggy. The biggy is by the time I got home and woke the next morning 5 diamonds had already fallen off different fingers on both hands. I went in on a Saturday was too tired to go back so I went back Sunday and by Monday another Diamond had fallen off. This would have been the 3rd time for me returning and I paid them $137 for all of my services. It was very very disappointing. I can go on but this already long enough. They have to do so much better than this. I saw the 3.7 review rating and still went because my past experiences have not been so bad. Never again.

It’s a shame that this place is going downhill went in to get a pedicure today all the employees look very unhappy even the lady doing my feet only spoke a few words to me when she was done she just got up and left didn’t say thank you didn’t say is everything okay nothing just walked off I sat there for a while thinking she would check my nails again and nothing no one spoke to me until I got up to walk out $40 for a pedicure and it looked like a 3-year-old painted my nails had to come home and file them because they were jagged had to cut the nails that she just absolutely didn’t act like she wanted to will not be back
